Based on our initial conversation, we analyze your child's profile and present a customized selection of 3-6 boarding schools. We consider academics, location, curriculum (IB, A-Level, AP, Swiss Matura), extracurricular programs, and your budget to find the perfect match.

We strongly recommend visiting schools in person before making a decision. We arrange appointments with your selected schools and personally accompany you on campus tours. This is where our expertise truly shines — we know the right questions to ask and details to observe.

Once you've decided on your preferred schools, we handle the pre-registration process. We transfer your information to each school's OpenApply portal, coordinate application fees, and ensure all documentation is complete and properly submitted. We recommend applying to only your top choice school(s) to manage costs.

All prestigious Swiss boarding schools require aptitude and English proficiency tests. We coordinate with your child's current school in Turkey to administer these exams. We also prepare your child for the online interview with the boarding school admissions team.

When your child receives an admission offer, we guide you through every step: evaluating the offer, deposit payment directly to the school, contract signing, and first-year tuition arrangements. Our strong relationships with schools support successful admissions — and if needed, we can quickly redirect to alternative schools.

Once payment is confirmed, the school issues enrollment confirmation and acceptance letter for visa application. We handle the student visa process with the Swiss Consulate: scheduling appointments, guiding document preparation, and liaising with authorities to expedite the process when possible.
